McConnell Excavating was established in 1993 and incorporated in 2002. Owner Eric McConnell credits the success of the company to Jesus Christ and hardworking, loyal employees. Faith & helping each other are the company’s beliefs. “It ‘s the efforts of many that make this company not just one person,” says Eric.

Eric is no stranger to heavy equipment & hard work. Eric started working the family farm at a very young age where he planted crops and milked Ayrshire cows with his brother. Moving dirt was a way of life then and the skills he learned follow through to today.
